Additionally, EQ-I 2.0 results can be gathered, assessed, and reported on within one business day.

Finalist Candidate LEaD Assessment – Phase II
The complete LEaD Assessment Suite includes the EQ-I 360, the Time Analysis and a full debrief for your final 2 – 3 candidates and their responsible hiring staff. In this phase Candidates receive the full EI 360 report and a customized leadership impact scorecard.

New-Hire LEaD Support – Phase III
For newly placed hires, the LEaD support program, Phase III is the logical next step offering training, support and growth beyond their baseline assessment. The first 3 – 6 months of a new placement are the most crucial, setting the tone for long-term success and building trust with the employer that you have not only placed a great candidate but the right candidate for their organization. The LEaD program offers integrated support and leadership, EQ training for the newly placed hire and their team for 6 months and beyond as needed.
